Scholarship entry requirments:
You must be 17 years of age or older, live in the Alpena or surrounding area,
have a grade point average of 3.0 or better and be able to prove it.
You must be able to use the scholarship within 2 years of winning, and have blonde hair and blue eyes.
(Just kidding about the last one.) Drawing will be held on the air (107.7 The Bay) at the beginning of Nov.
